We accept customer to return the products and get full refund in the result of our errors only (e.g. receive wrong items, damaged during delivery).

1. Payment by credit card

1.1. If the order is cancelled before dispatched, we will refund the amount to your credit card account within next business day.

1.2. If order is cancelled with the receipt after books dispatched and received by customers, your refund request will be processed within 14 days after product returns.

2. Payment by other methods. We will process to refund back to customer’s saving account within 14 days after product return.
